Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged or altered products cannot be returned.
 

Returns/exchanges will not be made on products which have been installed, used, or otherwise defaced
 

Defective merchandise upon its arrival should notify TAKUMA Wheels immediately.


If upon arrival you noticed any missing parts within the order, please notify TAKUMA  Wheels immediately.


If upon delivery you see damage to the item or package, please notify the carrier and also notify TAKUMA Wheels immediately. TAKUMA Wheels only ships items in brand new condition (unless specified otherwise), and package them to the proper standards to avoid damage during transit. Once the item(s) leave TAKUMA  Wheels it is in the control of the carrier during transport.
 

Any eligible item(s) for return will require a return authorization number. Any item(s) sent back to our facility without a return authorization number will not be accepted, and TAKUMA Wheels accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to a non return authorization numbered item.
 

Return Authorization Number must be issued before any return can be made. We will NOT accept any return without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the return package and tag the item(s) inside with invoice number.
 

Under the Fair Trading Act, All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable package. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched or defaced will be allowed.'
TAKUMATEAM must receive all returns within 14 calendar days after the return authorization number has been issued. The return authorization number does not imply a replacement, but only that TAKUMATEAM will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
 

Return must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with the completed return request form.

 

The Victoria Goods Act provides that once the goods have been accepted or, in the case of specific goods has passed to the buyer, the innocent party can only sue for damages: Section 16(3) of VGA.
 

It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the part before installation.
 

All approved refund will be paid by company check, credit card credit or account credit all to be determined by TAKUMATEAM.
 

No cancellation, refund or exchange on special order item or custom order item will be allowed. All approved refund item will be charge 22.5% for restocking and service fee. There will be no refund for Group buy participant.
 

No refund or exchange on order for wheels. All wheels order are consider special order items.
 

“SPECIAL ORDER” items, including items such as special make or imported items from Japan / Europe, wheels, special make body kits". When you place an order for special order items, please be aware that we can only provided the best estimated delivery time based on the information we received from the manufacture and the shipping carrier. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, estimates delivery time is just estimates. We estimates conservatively and we usually delivery faster than our estimates time. We can't guarantee delivery time of any special order items because this is impossible to do. It is the customer responsibility to take this into consideration before ordering.
